2011 is sure to be a year of new adventures. Babies. More fence. More hay to bale. Another barn.
Late last year the Soost family made an investment into a small herd of miniature Hereford cattle. We started in 2009 with a few steers to raise and put meat in the freezer. After a successful year, we took on four steers in 2010. The process has been one of learning, adapting, adjusting, hard work, and FUN!
